Dr. Justin Presseau is a Senior Scientist and the Program Director for the Methodological and Implementation Research program at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute, Scientific Lead for KT at the Ottawa Methods Centre, and Associate Professor in the School of Epidemiology and Public Health at the University of Ottawa. He leads a multidisciplinary team focused on rigorously drawing from behavioural and implementation science to support the health and well-being of patients, the public, and supporting health providers in the health care system to provide high quality care. His work partners with interest holders including patients, people with lived experience and health system decision makers and health providers, with a strong commitment to equity-focused research, including working to improve access to vision-protecting screening for people with diabetes who have immigrated to Canada.
